The third release of our original varietal for Aviatrix. A wonderful medium weight red that is quite versatile with food pairings, and can be served at room temp or even slightly chilled to enjoy during the late summer heat.
2018 AVIATRIX PRIMITIVO
The first release of a brand new varietal - Primitivo! This uncommon grape varietal is the Italian version of Zinfandel (believed by some to be the same grape). Our version is red-fruit driven, plush, and inviting.
2017 Aviatrix Red Wine
Our second release charted a new course with an intriguing blend of Petite Sirah, Syrah & Cab Franc. A bold, well-balanced blend that complements heartier fare & enhances any adventure you embark upon.
2018 Aviatrix grenache
Our second release of Aviatrix, the 2018 Grenache was blended with 10% Syrah for a slightly more full bodied profile. Graceful and flavorful, Aviatrix Grenache makes a perfect landing every time.
